All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated during checkout before payment.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as Delivered, but you have not received it, please:

If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll gladly help investigate the shipment.
Please note that Holoverse cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier unless an investigation determines otherwise.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because:
- An incorrect address was provided
- The package was refused
- The package was unclaimed
The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
