We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Card Skin Return Policy

Because our products are adhesive card skins, special return conditions apply.

A Card Skin cannot be returned if it has:

  • Been applied to a card
  • Been removed after application
  • Been bent
  • Been damaged during installation
  • Shows any sign of use

We recommend checking compatibility before removing the protective backing.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Product Compatibility

Our Card Skins are designed to fit most standard-size credit and debit cards.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and verifying compatibility before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether your card is compatible, contact us before ordering.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.

Holoverse cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update it.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your delivery location.
  • Ask neighbors or household members.
  • Contact your local shipping carrier.

If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll gladly help investigate the shipment.


Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved because:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective

Holoverse will cover the return shipping costs when applicable.

If you're returning an item for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different design, simply return your eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.


Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or sales are still eligible for returns provided they meet all conditions outlined in this policy.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted if the item:

  • Has been applied to a card
  • Is missing original packaging
  • Is damaged due to misuse

Right to Refuse Returns

Holoverse reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Return & Refund Policy.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period where applicable under local consumer protection laws.

These rights do not affect any other legal rights you may have under applicable law.
